Weight trends for iPhone

Find the direction in daily weigh-ins.

The scale moves every day. Balance Point shows where it is headed, without filling gaps or pretending a goal date is certain.

Signal, not theater

The number is noisy. The direction does not have to be.

Balance Point keeps measurements, estimates, plans, and projections visibly separate. What you recorded stays a fact. What the app infers stays an inference.

A trend that carries

Miss a week. Keep the truth.

A gap is not a row of zeroes and it is not a row of invented weigh-ins. Balance Point lets the estimate bridge what is unknown while your record remains exactly what you measured.

A range, or no answer

Your body does not follow a deadline.

The app compares your observed direction with the plan you chose. If the signal is strong enough, you get an arrival range. If it is not, Balance Point says that plainly.

One lifetime record

Starting again does not erase the last chapter.

Measurements, goals, notes, treatments, and corrections share one chronological record. Each campaign can change without rewriting the history that led to it.

Your history stays yours

No Balance Point account. No Balance Point server.

Your record lives on your devices. Optional sync uses your private iCloud container. Export produces a complete file you choose where to keep.

Read the privacy details

Apple Health stays explicit

With permission, Balance Point reads supported body and nutrition data. It writes only values you enter, never trends or projections.

Your archive is a real exit

Export a JSON archive with your measurements, goals, notes, and provenance. Nothing is held behind an account.

Notifications stay local

Useful transitions are evaluated on device. There are no scheduled streak reminders and no engagement profile.

Built for the long view

Quiet in daylight. Quieter after dark.

The same hierarchy carries through Dark Mode, larger text, iPhone, and iPad. Color adds meaning, but it is never the only way to read it.

What is Balance Point?

A private weight-trend app for iPhone. Log when you can. Balance Point looks past the daily jumps, shows the direction of change, and estimates a goal-date range only when the data supports one.

Does it need daily weigh-ins?

No. Irregular records are expected. The trend can carry across a gap without inventing measurements to fill it.

Does it need an account?

No. Balance Point has no app server or advertising SDK. Optional sync uses your private iCloud container, and a complete JSON archive gives you a portable copy.

When can I try it?
